Zach Intrater is a highly respected white-collar criminal defense attorney with deep experience across federal prosecution, defense, and complex investigations. Prior to entering private practice, Zach spent more than a decade at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, where he specialized in white-collar criminal matters and held multiple senior leadership roles. For his final years in government service, he served as Executive Assistant United States Attorney, one of the most senior positions in the office, helping oversee major investigations and prosecutions. Zach earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. Earlier in his career, Zach was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and clerked for federal judges at both the appellate and district court levels.
