Founders

Michael Fox-Rabinovitz is an accomplished investment professional with more than 25 years of experience developing investment strategies, constructing portfolios, and guiding complex initiatives from concept to execution. He is recognized for combining rigorous analytical discipline with sound judgment in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Throughout his career, he has worked across a broad range of asset classes, including fixed income, structured products, alternative investments, energy commodities, and private markets. He has launched investment vehicles, built portfolio frameworks for ultra-high-net-worth families, and advised institutional investors on risk management, asset allocation, and performance optimization. Michael is currently a Partner at Chartwell Capital, where he provides investment management services and expands advisory work in the collectible investment space. Previously, he was a Partner at Capricorn Partners, delivering risk management and portfolio analytics solutions to leading financial institutions. At OmniStrat Group, Michael leads corporate finance and investment strategy, advising clients on capital structuring, risk management, and execution of complex financial decisions. He is a holder of the CFA, CAIA, and FRM designations and is the author of two niche-selling books on alternative investment strategies.

Eugene Gourevitch is a seasoned investment banker, serial entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with decades of experience operating at the intersection of global finance, crisis management, and public affairs. Throughout his career, he has managed and advised on billions of dollars in private and public assets, helping institutions, governments, and business leaders navigate complex financial and reputational challenges.
Eugene has previously served in senior executive and advisory roles across banking, telecommunications, and state-linked enterprises, and has advised senior government officials on issues including privatization, financial reform, and asset recovery. His work has contributed to high-profile international investigations, including efforts that ultimately enabled the recovery and return of embezzled funds to a sovereign state.
His career has been anything but linear. Eugene’s firsthand exposure to high-pressure environments, legal adversity, and systemic risk has shaped a pragmatic, experience-driven approach to leadership and problem-solving. This perspective allows him to offer clients not only strategy, but judgment forged through real-world consequences.

Zach Intrater is a highly respected white-collar criminal defense attorney with deep experience across federal prosecution, defense, and complex investigations. He brings a rare, dual-perspective understanding of how high-stakes cases are built, prosecuted, negotiated, and resolved.
Prior to entering private practice, Zach spent more than a decade at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, where he specialized in white-collar criminal matters and held multiple senior leadership roles. For his final years in government service, he served as Executive Assistant United States Attorney, one of the most senior positions in the office, helping oversee major investigations and prosecutions.
Zach earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
Earlier in his career, Zach was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and clerked for federal judges at both the appellate and district court levels. After government service, he joined a leading criminal defense boutique before co-founding Agnifilo Intrater LLP.
As a member of OmniStrat Group’s Advisory Board, Zach provides strategic insight on white-collar risk, regulatory exposure, investigations, and crisis-driven legal strategy. Dr. Elchin Khalilov is a global media and strategic communications expert with more than three decades of experience across international journalism, content development, and media strategy. From 1991 to 2024, he worked as a reporter, producer, and researcher, contributing to the development and execution of large-scale media initiatives across complex and evolving information environments.
Dr. Khalilov holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. His academic background underpins a rigorous analytical approach to media systems, information dynamics, and the development of long-term, adaptive strategies within the global media landscape. Marina Guler serves as Office Manager for OmniStrat Group in Istanbul, supporting day-to-day operations, internal coordination, and executive support across international engagements. She plays a key role in ensuring organizational efficiency, communication flow, and operational continuity.

Alexey Eliseev is a legal professional and senior administrator with extensive experience across government service, banking, industrial enterprises, and international consulting. He received his legal education in the Kyrgyz Republic and has practiced law since 2002.
Earlier in his career, Alexey held executive and advisory roles within financial institutions and industrial organizations and served as a member of the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic. He later played a key role in high-level negotiations and governance reforms related to the Kumtor gold mining project, contributing to outcomes that significantly improved the state’s economic position.
Following political upheaval in 2010, Alexey relocated to Latvia, where he was granted political asylum and founded Central Asia Consulting SIA. He continues to provide legal, administrative, and organizational support to international clients.
At OmniStrat Group, Alexey oversees office operations, coordination, and administrative management from Riga, supporting cross-border activities.
